MANILOK ships natural gemstones (untreated and treated) and diamond jewellery through trusted courier and logistics partners. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed only after successful prepaid payment confirmation

  • Dispatch timelines vary based on product type, certification, customization, and verification requirements

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time

2. Payment & Shipping Eligibility

  • MANILOK accepts prepaid orders only

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product or destination

  • Orders failing payment authorization will not be processed

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure security and authenticity.


3. Shipping Coverage

  • MANILOK ships within India and to selected international destinations

  • Shipping availability depends on destination, product type, courier restrictions, and regulatory requirements

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment to certain locations at our discretion


4. Shipping Charges & Methods

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, and shipping method

  • Any free or promotional shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and courier charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.


5. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, holidays, or factors beyond our control

MANILOK is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges imposed by the destination country

  • Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • MANILOK does not estimate, control, or refund customs-related charges

Orders refused, returned, or undelivered due to customs issues or non-payment of duties may result in deductions for shipping, return, and related costs before any refund is processed.


7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment is dispatched

  • Delivery is considered complete once marked as delivered by the courier

  • MANILOK is not responsible for packages received by third parties or left unattended at the delivery address


8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information

  • MANILOK is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-shipment costs caused by address errors may be charged to the customer


9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and unboxing evidence where applicable. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


10. Insurance

Shipping insurance, where applicable, is subject to courier or insurer terms and limitations. MANILOK does not guarantee insurance coverage in all circumstances unless explicitly stated at checkout.


11. Force Majeure

MANILOK shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or logistics disruptions.


12. Changes to Shipping Policy

MANILOK reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
