Returns & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 1/01/2026

MANILOK deals in natural gemstones (untreated and treated) and diamond jewellery, which require careful handling and clear return conditions. This policy defines the circumstances under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by courier records.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by MANILOK.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, invoices, certificates, and accompanying items must be intact

  • The product must not show signs of damage, alteration, tampering, or misuse

Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in rejection of the return.


3. Loose Gemstones

  • Loose gemstones may be eligible for return within the return window, subject to inspection

  • Shipping charges, taxes, duties, certification costs, and payment processing fees are non-refundable

  • Any missing certificate, packaging, or signs of handling may affect eligibility

Natural characteristics such as inclusions, colour variations, or disclosed treatments are not considered defects.


4. Gemstone & Diamond Jewellery

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable

  • Eligible jewellery returns may be offered store credit or replacement, at MANILOK’s discretion, after inspection

  • Store credit values may be adjusted based on condition, processing costs, and certification expenses


5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once processing, customization, certification, or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible

  • Any costs incurred (making charges, certification fees, processing fees) may be deducted


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Products must be securely packaged and shipped using a reliable, insured courier

  • MANILOK is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, excluding bank processing time


8. Right to Refuse

MANILOK reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Limit or deny returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
